ELISA Wash Buffer 20x is an effective rinsing solution for washing down un-bonded Enzyme Conjugates in Immunoassay tests. Even after coating and right before blocking/stabilizing plates or before adding conjugate in tow-step ELISA tests or before adding TMB-substrate to test wells Wash Buffer is essential.
To achieve ready to use wash buffer for ELISA tests simply, 1ml of 20x concentrated wash buffer should be added to 19 ml D.W. This ready to use wash buffer is tested for ELISA, Chemiluminescence immunoassay tests, RIA and Blotting. We suggest applying 300 microliters of ready to use wash buffer 3 to 5 times for washing step. Soaking time is not necessary with Diagnopal ELISA wash buffer 20x.
