ELISA Sample Diluent / Assay Buffer is a universal reaction buffer for ELISA, CLIA, RIA tests. This ELISA Diluent/Assay buffer eliminates non-specific binding and raises signal to noise ratio to prepare more sensitive, specific and repetitive test results. It is well formulated for Indirect tests such as infectious disease immunoassay tests and for Tow Step Sandwich Immunoassay tests.
Diagnopal Sample Diluent/Assay buffer has been tested as sample diluent / assay buffer for the H. Pylori IgG ELISA test, TOXO IgG CLIA test, Rubella IgG ELISA test and Anti-TPO ELISA test. IL-10 ELISA test, Human growth hormone has been tested for two step sandwich ELISA tests. This ELISA reagent may be used as a diluent in Peptide Serum Hormones kits like HCG, LH, FSH, Pro etc., but we recommend Diagnopal General Protein Stabilizer (DPGPS) for this type test and tests like PSA, CEA, Alpha-Fp and CA-Ags.
