ELISA General Diluent/Assay Buffer(10X) are a universal reaction buffer for ELISA, CLIA, RIA tests. This ELISA reagent do not contain any animal serum or proteins. Diagnopal Immunoassay General Diluent/Assay buffer eliminates non-specific binding and raises signal to noise ratio to prepare more sensitive and specific/ repetitive test results.
Diagnopal General ELISA Diluent/Assay Buffer is well formulated for Indirect tests such as infectious disease immunoassay test and for Tow Step Sandwich Immunoassay tests. This ELISA reagent has been tested as sample diluent / assay buffer for the H. Pylori IgG ELISA test, TOXO IgG CLIA test, Rubella IgG ELISA test and Anti-TPO ELISA test. IL-10 ELISA test, Human growth hormone has been tested for two step sandwich ELISA tests.
Diagnopal General ELISA Diluent/Assay Buffert may be used as a diluent in Peptide Serum Hormones like HCG, LH, FSH, Pro etc., but we recommend Diagnopal General Protein Stabilizer (DPGPS) for this type test and tests like PSA, CEA, Alpha-Fp and CA-Ags.
