Streptavidin is a Non-glycolyzed protein with 4 strong biotin-binding sites that is wildly used as high-affinity biotin-binding agent in, ELISA, CLIA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blotting, and affinity chromatography with Streptavidin-Biotin systems. Diagnopal Streptavidin Coated plates are 96 well polystyrene plates with 12*8 breakable strips that is intended to use in ELISA, CLIA.

Each well is coated with 5 µg/ml highly purified Streptavidin and blocked with proper immunoassay blocker /stabilizer. Its shelf-life is about 24 months in 2-8C, in a closed pack without heat shock. Clear streptavidin coated 96 well polystyrene plates are for ELISA and White/Black is for CLIA research and further manufacturing use only. Diagnopal Streptavidin coated plates is packed separately with moisture absorbent that can be zipped after opening.
